With over 15+ years of experience in the cloud, our security experts and in-house developers have built Workspace Security Tool. Workspace Security Tool scans your business domain’s Google Workspace for settings that have drifted from security best practices. Settings drift happens quickly when users install new, unvetted plugins, share files externally, or access work documents from personal accounts. Rather than the traditional security model of yearly audits, where business security goes unchecked for 11 months, Workspace Security Tool automatically and continuously checks your domain for drifted settings.

Web Chat is our AI-powered custom built solution to frequent helpdesk questions. We have implemented Web Chat to create Geeks On Chat for our service partner Geeks On Tap, which is trained to answer employee IT queries. It becomes a first port-of-call for employees, enabling them to solve their own IT issues before escalating it to a full helpdesk ticket.
